Lotus Group runs on Wednesdays from 10 am to noon at the Henry Fawcett Children's Centre in Kennington.
This group uses a mixture of approaches to help mums feel supported and grow. We look at self-care and how mums can make sure they are taking care of themselves.
There is a free creche with professional nursery staff for children so mums can focus and relax.
