Head of Fundraising

  • Salary: £49,604-£58,457 pro rata
  • 32 hours per week
  • 3 years experience minimum

Main Responsibilities

  • Delivering the fundraising strategy
  • Raising funds (trusts & statutory)
  • Managing the team (Communications & Marketing Officer)
  • Develop and maintain relationships with funders
  • Contributing to the development of the organisation
  • Marketing Support (to our Comms Officer)
  • Planning, monitoring and reporting on performance
  • Supporting the effective governance of the charity

We are looking for someone who has outstanding interpersonal skills in both the workplace and social fundraising contexts, and with experience of generating sustainable revenue streams, knowledge of different ways to grow income and versatility in picking up new strands.
