A batch of colourful home-made protective clothing has been made for our teams.
Mika Cook, who made these beautiful gowns, is the sister of our Office Manager Dan. MIka normally works as a child-minder but like lots of people found herself in lock-down. She and some friends used this time to make protective clothes for the NHS and then asked Dan if St Michael's would need some too.
We have been working hard to make sure we keep our teams who are key workers as safe as possible. The extra precautions and protective equipment we have had to buy in have impacted on our planned budgets so donations like this are really welcomed.
Our teams are so thankful to Mika and Dan for making this happen
