Residential Assessment
Each house is managed by a house manager and deputy house manager and staffed by a team of social workers and family assessment practitioners.
Crawford House
Kate (Interim Manager), Denise, Dorota, Martha, Barbara & Chamaine.
Number 52
(Number 52 is temporarily closed due to repairs. Staff are working across our other houses.)
Tessa Baring House
Jahseena (Interim Manager, Maternity Cover), Jonathan, Lauren, Dominica & Jamilat.
Sessional Staff – Across the houses, the team is supported by skilled sessional staff.
Securing Change
Ann-Marie – Securing Change Practitioner who helps families return to the community after residential assessment and to embed positive change made.
Jigsaw
Elvedina – Jigsaw Coordinator ensures Jigsaw is run smoothly and parents receive the highest level of service. Working Monday – Thursday.
Sacha – Lead Contact Supervisor assists Elvedina with the running of Jigsaw. Working Friday – Sunday.
Sessional staff – Across the week, the team is supported by skilled sessional staff.
Outreach Young Parents Support
The Outreach team work with young parents 25 and under in Lambeth, supporting them in 1:1 and group settings.

Caring Dads
Outreach Team – run our Caring Dads program helping fathers improve relationships with their children, build healthy relationships/co-parenting and to break cycles of abuse.
Fundraising and Communications
The fundraising and communications team focus on developing and stewarding funding and engagement opportunities which help to secure delivery of the support we offer to families, professionals and stakeholders.
