Practice Lead – Residential

Salary range: £39,000-£42,000 (depending on experience)

Run the day. Lead practice. Support the team.

The Practice Lead is at the centre of daily life in the house.

You will be responsible for:

· leading shifts

· coordinating staff

· ensuring work with families is structured and purposeful

· maintaining the quality of recording and practice

You will work closely with:

· Assessing Social Workers (who set assessment direction)

· Consultant Practitioner (who supports practice quality)

This role is about:

· real-time leadership

· supporting staff to do their best work

· keeping the house calm, consistent and focused

We’re looking for someone who:

· has strong experience working with families

· can lead a team confidently and calmly

· is able to guide, support and challenge practice

· understands safeguarding and risk
