What we do
St Michael’s Fellowship secures the best possible future for children by working directly with parents. Parenting is the biggest single factor affecting children’s well-being and development. We work with parents with difficult histories, such as neglect, domestic violence, mental illness and substance use, to break cycles of abuse.
The services and programmes we provide are at the heart of St Michael’s Fellowship. We work with parents so that children can be happy, healthy and confident.
Working with families for over 120 years.
Parenting is the single biggest factor affecting a child's life. We work together to keep families together.
Services

Residential Assessment Centres
Supporting families to keep children safe, healthy and happy.

Securing Change
Supporting parents in the community after a residential assessment.

Outreach Young Parent Support
Supporting mothers and fathers in South London.

Jigsaw Contact Centre
A child-friendly contact service.
How we work
We work holistically, offering parents practical, therapeutic and emotional support tailored to their individual needs, taking account of their changing circumstances. There is no ‘one size fits all’. Our support can be straightforward such as helping a young mother update her CV; or it may be much more complex for young parents with issues reaching back into their own childhood.
